HASSLE FREE RETURNS
We have recently updated our returns policy to be more simple and hassle free.
You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll also pay the return shipping costs at the standard rate. If express shipping is required the customer will pay the difference. If you have ordered the wrong size we can gladly exchange it for you, you may return your product with the exception of shipping costs. If the item is returned in as new condition with the tags, you should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply email customer service at email@example.com . We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Customers returning items without proof of purchase or without original tags will only be offered a store credit. Where a product is being returned due to an error from My Little Threads, the returns postage (where eligible) is to be claimed by the customer through the paypal free returns program.
Please choose your item carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Purchases not completed through PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit will incur a 6% restocking fee.

To allow customers to shop with confidence. My Little Threads works with PayPal to offer you free return shipping for items that meet our returns criteria. To check your eligibility and activate your free return shipping service please follow the link below. The free return shipping service is run by PayPal and all claims for return shipping refunds are between the customer and PayPal as per the terms & conditions of the service. To be eligible, customers must use their PayPal account during checkout. Customers using Afterpay are not eligable for free return shipping from paypal
